Terms and Conditions

By registering with Top Level Soccer Training, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Liability Waiver. Please read carefully before completing registration.

1. Terms & Conditions:

Program Commitment
Top Level Soccer Training offers both seasonal (3 months) and yearly (9 months) training programs. The length of commitment depends on the program selected at registration. At the end of the program, families may re-enroll for the next available season or yearly package.

Payments & Billing
Payment in full is required at the beginning of the program to secure a training spot. Top Level Soccer Training may, at its discretion, offer monthly installment options for certain programs. All payments are non-refundable (see Refund Policy below).

Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, cancellations, or withdrawal from the program. Because space is limited, all payments secure a reserved training spot.

Missed Session Policy
Make-up sessions are allowed only if notice is provided in advance that a player will be absent. All make-up sessions must be completed within the same program period (Fall, Winter, Spring, or Yearly). Make-up sessions may not be credited, carried over, or applied toward future programs.

Weather & Cancellations
If weather or field conditions are unsafe, sessions may be rescheduled at Top Level Soccer Training’s discretion. Parents will be notified via TeamSnap or GoHighLevel (GHL) messages. If the field is deemed playable, the session will run.

Early Termination
Once a program begins, families are responsible for the full cost of the program. If a payment plan is offered, families may cancel early by paying a $100 early termination fee to close the account.

2. Player Expectations

All players agree to:
- Arrive on time, prepared, and in proper training attire.
- Be positive, coachable, and respectful.
- Work hard in every session and take responsibility for personal development.
- Dedicate time to improving outside of scheduled training.
- Communicate progress or concerns with their coach.

3. Parent Expectations

All parents agree to:
- Use TeamSnap/GHL to check schedules, cancellations, and updates.
- Communicate absences in advance when possible.
- Avoid coaching or yelling from the sidelines during sessions.
- Ensure players attend consistently for their enrolled program.
- Respect all staff decisions regarding weather, make-ups, and scheduling.

4. Privacy Policy

Information We Collect
Top Level Soccer Training collects personal information such as player name, parent/guardian name, email, phone number, billing details, and photos/videos of training sessions.

How We Use It
‍- To manage registration, billing, and communication.
- To share updates on schedules, programs, and events.
- To promote Top Level Soccer Training via marketing (with consent for photos/videos).

Protection of Information
- Top Level Soccer Training does not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
- Information is securely stored and only used for training-related purposes.
- Parents may opt-out of communications at any time.

5. Media Release

By registering, you grant Top Level Soccer Training permission to use photos/videos of your child for training and promotional purposes (website, social media, flyers, etc.).
- Parents may opt-out of media usage by providing written notice.

6. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

Soccer involves inherent risks including, but not limited to: physical contact, falls, collisions, equipment use, and outdoor field conditions. By registering, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You/your child voluntarily participate in Top Level Soccer Training sessions at your own risk.
- Top Level Soccer Training, its coaches, and affiliates are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property loss that may occur during training.
- In the event of an emergency, Top Level Soccer Training staff have permission to seek medical care or transport your child to an emergency facility.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is physically and mentally fit to participate in training.

7. Agreement to Terms

By registering with Top Level Soccer Training, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the above Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Liability Waiver.
